Fee options

Option 1:

The DIY Individual fee: This is for your standard individual fee which covers all event related expenses. Please note, you need to supply all your own camp gear (swag,tent sleeping bag etc.), set up and pack down your camp site each day.

Standard Individual Fees:

The Standard individual fee is $1625 per person.

Payment Options:

1) You can pay as one lump sum or;
2) You can set up a payment plan, please note a payment plan must be set up prior to 30 April, 2026

Important Dates:

Payment is required by 26 June 2026.

Option 2:

The Glamping Package: For a full service, luxury experience, the glamping package is the option for you. This fee covers all event-related expenses and includes:

For Couples: A 6 person tent, two stretcher beds, two sleeping bags (yours to keep), and two self inflating mattresses.
For Singles: A stretcher tent, sleeping bag (yours to keep), and a self inflating mattress.

In addition, we will:

Set up your camp each night in a premium position, so you can relax after a day on the road
Pack it down each morning, giving you extra time to relax and enjoy a lie-in without the hassle of packing up.

Glamping Individual Fees:

The individual Glamping fee is $2375 per person.

2) You can set up a payment plan, please note a payment plan must be set up prior to 30 April, 2026

Individual fees are due Friday, 26 June 2026.
